E&E News: Republicans reject renewable energy, data center amendments to Interior-EPA bill

Rep. Susie Lee (D-Nev.) offered an amendment for “all-of-the-above energy permitting” at the Interior Department. The administration has put solar and wind projects through new scrutiny. 

“It does not give any special treatment to solar or to wind or anything else,” Lee said. “It simply ends the political gamesmanship that is raising costs for all of our constituents."
