KSNV: Only on 3: Nevada lawmakers in DC asked if they support illegal lab legislation

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — Getting answers you will only see on News 3, we are asking our DC delegation if they support bipartisan legislation from California Congressman Jim Costa (D) that aims at making it easier for local authorities to go after illegal lab startups.

That's why I support the bipartisan Preventing Illegal Laboratories and Protecting Public Health Act, to strengthen federal oversight and prevent bad actors from exploiting loopholes in our public health system to operate illegal labs in our neighborhoods. I’ll continue working closely with state, local, and federal law enforcement as they investigate this case.”
