KSNV: Who will Nevada's congressional delegation take as guests to State of the Union?

February 24, 2026

LAS VEGAS (KSNV) — President Donald Trump is scheduled to deliver the first State of the Union address of his second term on Tuesday.

Trump will speak to a joint assembly of Congress inside the U.S. Capitol. As per tradition, members of Congress can invite one guest to join them for the speech.

Here are the guests for the members of Nevada's Congressional Delegation:

U.S. Rep. Susie Lee

Lee's guest will be Katie Provost, a social worker and single mother. Lee's office says Provost relies on the ACA tax credits to afford health care for her and her 4-year-old daughter.

"Because Republicans made the cruel and reckless decision to end the ACA Enhanced Premium Tax Credits, hardworking Nevadans are paying the price," Lee said.
