Congresswoman Lee Statement on President Biden’s Oval Office Address

WASHINGTON — Today, Congresswoman Susie Lee (NV-03) released the following statement on the President’s Oval Office address: 

“President Joe Biden is the ultimate patriot. During his long, storied career serving our country, he has never forgotten where he came from and put working families first. 

“His selfless decision to pass the torch to the next generation is a great investment in our country and builds on his impressive legacy. From leading the greatest investment in infrastructure and climate action in U.S. history to bringing manufacturing jobs back to America and lowering drug and healthcare costs for our families, Joe Biden has put our next generation first. I was proud to work with the President on these historic pieces of legislation, and it was his leadership that allowed for the successful negotiation and passage of these policies.
