Rep. Susie Lee Earns U.S. Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Enterprise Award

Las Vegas, Nev. – U.S. Rep. Susie Lee earned the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Spirit of Enterprise Award, which recognizes members of Congress who have supported pro-business legislation, bipartisan leadership, and constructive governing.
"Nevadans need leaders who aren't afraid to stand up for working families and small businesses, especially as the fallout from a global pandemic handicaps our economy," said Rep. Lee. "With so many Nevadans struggling during these tough times, there is simply no time to get distracted by partisanship or grandstanding. My top goal will continue to be to collaborate and compromise with my colleagues, regardless of party, in order to get results that improve my constituents' lives. I welcome any member of Congress with the same commitment to join me. It's an honor to earn this award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.
"In these uncertain times with daunting economic and social challenges facing our nation, it is imperative that leaders in Washington are focused on propelling American businesses forward to create jobs and economic growth from California to Maine," said Thomas J. Donohue, CEO of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. "As we rebuild our economy, legislators must lead by pursuing bipartisan solutions that create jobs and promote a free enterprise system. I'm proud to recognize these 259 Members of Congress for their commitment to driving opportunity and prosperity in America's workforce and on Main Streets across the nation."
