Rep. Susie Lee Helps Introduce 2019 Equality Act

Washington, DC – Today, Rep. Susie Lee (D-NV) helped introduce the Equality Act, which will protect people from discrimination based on gender identity and sexual orientation.

Rep. Susie Lee released the following statement on the Equality Act:

"Everyone should be able to live a life free of harassment or discrimination. Despite progress, our LGBTQ community continues to lack basic protections. I am proud to support the Equality Act because it is past time to protect every single American from discrimination, regardless of who they are or the person they love."
