The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) treat ‘presumptively positive' cases as ‘positive' for public health purposes.

Washington, D.C. - Earlier this month, U.S. Rep. Susie Lee (Nev.-03), along with 231 of her Democratic and Republican House colleagues, helped pass H.J.Res. 79, which would remove the deadline to ratify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA) and pave the way for passage of this historic amendment. Rep. Lee is an original cosponsor of the resolution. U.S. Sens. Ben Cardin (D-Md.) and Lisa Murkowski (R-Alaska) have introduced a companion joint resolution in the U.S. Senate.

Henderson, Nev. – U.S. Rep. Susie Lee (Nev.-03) hosted her first town hall of 2020 at Horizon Pines Apartments. The apartments are an affordable housing community operated by Nevada HAND, a non-profit organization that provides affordable housing for seniors and working families in Nevada.
