Thousands of Blue Water Navy veterans have suffered from the effects of Agent Orange, and they have been fighting to secure the benefits they earned over 40 years ago during the Vietnam War.

Susie Lee (NV-03) voted to pass H.R. 986, the Protecting Americans With Pre-Existing Conditions Act, which will prevent further attacks by the Trump Administration on the Affordable Care Act from taking away protections from patients with pre-existing conditions. This bill will reverse the administration's rule that allowed states to create their own health insurance rules as long as they can show the rules would increase access, regardless of affordability or quality of coverage.
