The Small Business Child Care Investment Act would grant non-profit child care providers access to the same types of Small Business Administration (SBA) loans available to for-profit businesses.

WASHINGTON – This week, Congresswoman Susie Lee (NV-03) joined Congressman Michael Guest (R-MS) and Congressman David Trone (D-MD) to introduce legislation to help put an end to fentanyl drug smuggling and modernize outdated guidelines for responding to illegal activity at the border. The bipartisan, bicameral Eradicating Narcotic Drugs and Formulating Effective New Tools to Address National Yearly Losses of Life (END FENTANYL) Act would empower law enforcement to find new ways to stop the flow of fentanyl by requiring Customs and Border Protection (CBP) to update its policies.
